FHS Offseason Winter Workouts

Join us for a series of offseason hitting and fielding sessions designed specifically for Framingham High School athletes preparing for spring tryouts. These group workouts will help players stay active, refine fundamentals, and build confidence heading into the season.

Program Details

Location: MetroWest Sports Center, Ashland

Dates: Wednesdays – 1/7, 1/21, 2/4, 2/25, 3/11

Times:

Back Field: 3:00 – 4:00 PM

Tunnels: 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Who Can Join:

Open to all Framingham High School students interested in trying out for the FHS Softball Program this spring—no prior experience required!
